I joined the Medical Physics program in 2022 after graduating from Stanford with a B.S. in physics and minors in computer science and music. Currently, I research methods for quantitative magnetic resonance imaging and optimization of laser ablations under Dr. Timothy Carroll. More specifically, I am investigating ways to use quantitative contrast enhanced MRI to explore if laser interstitial thermal therapy is a viable option for increasing drug delivery through the blood brain barrier to tumors.
Outside of research, I am passionate about youth education and diversity in STEM. I enjoy volunteering as a tutor in the community and helping plan outreach events with the DEI committee. In my free time, I like to skateboard, race bikes, and play music with my band.
