The GPMP Diversity & Outreach Committee successfully coordinated a professional development day for Chicago Public School teachers, covering waves and their applications in medical physics. Five GPMP students gave research talks (Hadley DeBrosse, Gia Jadick, Chisondi Warioba, Daniela Olivera Velarde, and Lucas Bernes) and others led lab tours (Mira Liu, Jason Meier). The day was the result of months of collaborative work by the GPMP D&O committee, UofC Cancer Center, and CPS.
