Congratulations to Gia Jadick for being selected to receive an award of funding through the Diversity Research and Small Grants Program from the University of Chicagos Office of Diversity & Inclusion. These funds will be used to build a comprehensive set of hands-on teaching activities for the graduate program to utilize in outreach demonstrations for local Chicago Public School students. These outreach initiatives are targeted to introducing students in the Chicago public school system to the topic of Medical Physics in a fun and creative way. Way to go, Gia!
